With increasing restrictions on plastic usage and growing awareness about eco-friendly alternatives, the demand for paper cups and glasses is rapidly increasing across India.
The Target Customers include tea stalls, restaurants, cafes, catering services, corporate offices, event organizers, railway stations, airports, and retail distributors. Government institutions and NGOs also represent potential bulk buyers due to the shift toward sustainable products.
The Manufacturing Process involves feeding paper rolls into the automatic machine, followed by printing (if required), cutting, forming, bottom sealing, curling, and finishing. The final products are then counted and packed for distribution. The process is highly efficient and requires minimal manual intervention due to automation.
Raw Materials required include food-grade paper rolls (PE coated or biodegradable), printing ink, packaging materials such as plastic wraps or cartons, and electricity for machine operation.
