Overview
The Box Compression Tester (BCT) with Digital Display is a precision laboratory testing instrument designed to determine the compression strength and stacking load capacity of corrugated boxes, cartons, and packaging containers. The equipment evaluates the ability of packaging boxes to withstand vertical compression forces that occur during storage, transportation, and warehouse stacking.
The QGI Box Compression Tester applies a controlled compressive load through a motorized drive system, allowing accurate measurement of the maximum load a box can withstand before deformation or structural failure. The test force is measured using a high-accuracy load cell, and the peak compression value is displayed on a digital indicator, ensuring precise and repeatable results for quality assurance and packaging design validation.
