Overview
Plastic Dana Manufacturing Machine Project by Quantum Global Incorporation
This project aims to promote Entrepreneurship, Employment Generation, and Self-Reliance through the establishment of a Plastic Dana (Granules) Manufacturing Unit. The primary objective is to recycle plastic waste into reusable plastic granules, contributing to environmental sustainability while creating profitable business opportunities for small entrepreneurs. The project plays a crucial role in Waste Management and Circular Economy Development by converting plastic scrap into valuable raw material.
The unit will manufacture Plastic Dana (Granules) from various types of plastic waste such as LDPE, HDPE, and PP materials. These granules are widely used as raw material in the plastic industry for manufacturing products like plastic containers, pipes, household items, packaging materials, and industrial components. With increasing demand for recycled plastic and government focus on waste recycling, this project has strong growth potential in both urban and rural markets.
The Target Customers include plastic product manufacturers, packaging industries, pipe manufacturers, injection molding units, blow molding units, and wholesalers dealing in recycled plastic materials. Bulk demand is also generated from industrial clusters and manufacturing hubs.
The manufacturing process involves collecting plastic scrap, sorting and cleaning, shredding into small pieces, melting through an extruder, cooling, and finally cutting into granules (dana). The process is semi-automatic to fully automatic, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high production output.
Raw Materials required include plastic scrap (LDPE, HDPE, PP), electricity, water for cooling, and basic consumables for machine operation.
Quantum Global Incorporation (QGI) will act as a complete project partner, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and operational support. QGI will assist in identifying suitable entrepreneurs, site selection, project planning, and providing complete turnkey solutions including installation and training.
QGI will supply and install all required machinery such as plastic shredders, extruders, cooling tanks, pelletizers, and supporting equipment. The machinery ensures high production efficiency, durability, and consistent product quality along with installation, trial runs, and maintenance support.
For Financial Assistance, QGI will support entrepreneurs in securing bank loans and availing government schemes by preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), assisting with documentation, and coordinating with banks under schemes such as PMEGP, Mudra Loan Scheme, and state-level subsidy programs. This ensures easy access to finance, reduced financial burden, and faster project approvals.
Training and Skill Development Programs will be provided covering machine operation, maintenance, production management, quality control, and business management including costing, pricing, inventory handling, and sales strategies.
QGI will also provide branding and marketing support, connecting entrepreneurs with industrial buyers, recyclers, and bulk purchasers. Continuous technical support will ensure quality improvement, troubleshooting, and production optimization.
This project significantly contributes to plastic waste recycling, environmental protection, employment generation, and supports entrepreneurs in building sustainable and scalable businesses.
Conclusion
The Plastic Dana Making Machine Project is a profitable, scalable, and eco-friendly business opportunity. With QGI’s complete support, it ensures long-term success, strong industrial demand, and contribution towards a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
