The QGI Ash Content Tester is designed for precise determination of ash percentage in paper, cardboard, and other cellulosic materials. The test is conducted by burning a carefully weighed sample and calculating the residue remaining after complete combustion. The unit is supplied with a high-quality insulated porcelain ignition tube mounted on a sturdy support stand to ensure safe and uniform heating. For enhanced temperature monitoring and control, a Digital Temperature Indicator & Controller (PID) is available along with a thermocouple temperature sensing unit as an optional accessory.
