Overview
The QGI Laboratory Muffle Furnace is specially designed for accurate determination of ash content in paper and paperboard, as well as controlled incineration of solid samples. It is an essential instrument for quality control and analytical laboratories in the pulp, paper, and packaging industries. The furnace operates at working temperatures up to 930°C, with a Digital PID Temperature Indicator & Controller offering a range from ambient to 1100°C. The chamber is insulated with a high-efficiency muffle blanket to ensure uniform heat retention and energy efficiency.
A built-in pyrometer with thermocouple provides immediate monitoring of exhaust temperature changes, while precise temperature regulation is maintained through an energy regulator system.
