This Project aims to Promote Entrepreneurship, Employment Generation, and self-reliance through the establishment of an Automatic Mineral Water and Packaged Drinking Water Manufacturing Unit. The objective is to provide safe, clean, and hygienic drinking water while supporting eco-friendly and sustainable business practices. The project also focuses on empowering small entrepreneurs and women-led enterprises while addressing the increasing demand for purified drinking water.
The unit will manufacture a range of packaged drinking water products including 200 ml cups, 500 ml bottles, 1 litre bottles, 2 litre bottles, and 20 litre jars. These products are widely used in households, offices, hotels, restaurants, events, railway stations, and commercial establishments. With rising health awareness and increasing concerns about water quality, the demand for packaged drinking water is growing rapidly across urban and rural areas.
The Target Customers include households, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, event organizers, transport sectors, retail shops, and government institutions. Bulk supply opportunities are also available for hospitals, schools, and public distribution networks.
The manufacturing process involves raw water collection, storage, and filtration through multiple stages such as sand filtration, carbon filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), UV sterilization, and ozonization. The purified water is then stored in tanks and automatically filled into bottles, jars, or pouches using filling machines, followed by capping, labeling, and packaging for distribution.
Raw Materials required include raw water source (borewell or municipal supply), bottles or jars (PET or reusable containers), caps, labels, packaging materials, and electricity for plant operation.
Quantum Global Incorporation (QGI) will act as a complete project partner, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and operational support. QGI will assist in identifying suitable entrepreneurs, site selection, project planning, and providing complete turnkey solutions including installation and training.
QGI will supply and install all required machinery such as water treatment plant (RO system), UV sterilizer, ozone generator, storage tanks, automatic bottle/jar filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and packaging units. For Financial Assistance, QGI will support entrepreneurs in securing bank loans and availing government schemes by preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR), assisting with documentation, and coordinating with banks under schemes such as PMEGP, Mudra Loan Scheme, and state-level subsidies. This ensures easy access to finance, reduced financial burden, and faster project approvals.
Training and Skill Development programs will be provided covering plant operation, water treatment processes, quality control, maintenance, and business management including costing, pricing, inventory management, and sales strategies.
