Overview
QGI Cylinder Mould Machine is a precision-engineered paper forming system designed for manufacturing high-quality paper with uniform thickness, superior strength, and smooth finish. It is widely used in handmade paper plants, kraft paper mills, duplex board units, and specialty paper production lines.

Working Principle
The Cylinder Mould Machine operates on a rotating cylindrical drum covered with fine SS wire mesh. The cylinder rotates partially submerged in a pulp vat filled with fiber slurry.
As the cylinder rotates:
Water drains through the mesh surface
Fibers deposit uniformly on the outer surface
A continuous wet sheet is formed
The sheet is transferred to the press section
Further dewatering and drying process follows
This method ensures excellent fiber bonding and uniform sheet formation.
