The Motorised Handmade Paper Sheet Cutter is an industrial-grade precision cutting system engineered for accurate trimming of stacked handmade paper sheets to predetermined dimensions. The machine features a heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) fabricated frame, ensuring stability, vibration-free operation, and long service life even under continuous load conditions.
The cutting assembly incorporates a hardened, high-carbon steel blade mounted on a robust cutter bar that delivers smooth and uniform cuts across the entire sheet width. The cutting cycle is fully motorised and supported by an Auto-Dab mechanism, which provides consistent downward pressure on the pile for accurate alignment and prevents sheet shifting during the cutting process.
The machine is equipped with an Auto-Stop function, enabling automatic stoppage of the cutting cycle once the operation is complete, thereby enhancing safety and reducing operator fatigue. A front-mounted Control Panel
