Overview

The QGI Rapid Sheet Dryer is a high-efficiency laboratory hand sheet drying machine designed for quick and uniform drying of paper hand sheets prior to physical strength testing and evaluation. The unit is engineered in compliance with internationally recognized standards such as TAPPI guidelines for laboratory sheet preparation and testing. Equipped with flat heating elements, the dryer ensures uniform heat distribution across the sheet surface, delivering consistent and repeatable drying results. The stainless steel sheet fabrication combined with thermal insulation guarantees durability, safety, and long operational life.

The unit is suitable for hand sheets up to 250 mm width and 300 mm length. Temperature control is adjustable up to 180°C ± 10°C, allowing precise drying conditions for different pulp and paper laboratory requirements.
