The QGI Semi-Automated Sheet Former is an advanced laboratory hand sheet making machine designed for rapid and reproducible production of circular paper sheets. Equipped with an intuitive touch screen control system, it enhances productivity while reducing operator fatigue and variability. Engineered in accordance with recognized laboratory sheet forming practices such as TAPPI T 205, the system ensures standardized and repeatable sheet preparation for pulp and paper testing applications.
The unit integrates a pneumatic sheet press and rapid sheet dryer mounted on a single base table, creating a compact and efficient laboratory sheet forming solution.
