The Beating & Freeness Tester by QGI is a high-precision laboratory testing instrument developed to evaluate the freeness and refining level of pulp fibers used in the paper manufacturing process. This advanced equipment accurately measures the drainage rate of beaten pulp, enabling laboratories and paper mills to monitor the beating process and maintain consistent pulp quality. Designed with advanced engineering, the Schopper Riegler (°SR) Tester features a pneumatic lifting mechanism that ensures a uniform and controlled lifting rate of the sealing cone. The equipment is also fitted with a transparent double-graduated Plexiglas measuring cylinder, allowing operators to easily read and record precise SR values during testing.
